Situation. High volume of incoming fax orders to a central call center. Volume overwhelmed the fax lines and required an around the clock fax attendant. Orders were lost and mishandled.

 

Solution. New technology via a hosted solution converted faxes to emails as wav file attachments, allowed multiple orders to arrive simultaneously, be handled by multiple individuals, be routed digitally and archived. Problem solved.
