Situation:  Voice. Two large PBX’s were networked together with expensive data circuits and trunked by expensive PRI’s. Solution was to remove the PBX’s and replace with hosted communications system cloud-based which reduced the cost of the voice connectivity by 50% and eliminated the monthly maintenance cost of the PBX’s. Saved customer thousands of dollars per month.

 

Situation: Network Services. Their Disaster Recovery Plan included off site servers in a secure redundant data center across the region. After a review of the current data circuit throughput and costs we recommended an alternative carrier that increased the throughput of the circuit and substantially reduced the monthly cost.
