Situation. Sales staff in remote locations needed real-time communications abilities with corporate and needed to be dynamic across various geographies.
Solution. Deployed internet phones to provide flexibility for satellite and work-at-home sales staff to communicate orders to corporate employees who in turn communicate orders to manufacturing plants. Internet phones allow them to open and close sales offices as required to meet the market demand.
